DNAccommodations is one of the few facilities in Italy to adopt self check-in.
We offer our guests the possibility to register themselves on the portal. They will then be able to access the facility automatically through a simple access code system, after verifying the identity document used.
We have designed this service for the new generation of travelers who use technology on a daily basis; for business people who need flexibility and access at any time outside normal check-in hours; for families who would like to spend less time on registration procedures and more time settling into their accommodations; and for all those who want to feel independent and protect their privacy, but at the same time fully enjoy the amenities and conveniences of a hotel of our level.
GUIDE FOR ONLINE CHECK-IN
Access With Code
We have implemented a room access system with door-opening codes so that check-in can be done independently and at any time of the day from 2 p.m. onwards.
In order to be able to access the facility independently, we request that you complete a simple and quick document entry procedure on the booking portal and accept the privacy policy.
This procedure must obligatorily be carried out prior to your arrival at the campsite and in any case no later than 19:00. Failure to upload the documents by 7 p.m. will not allow access to the facility.
In any case, upon arrival, the identity document used during self check-in must be verified and matched with the guest.
Once you have finished uploading your documents, we recommend that you make your FIRST access to your room NO LATER than 23.00, as we can guarantee prompt assistance until then in the event of problems with access. AFTER that time we do NOT guarantee availability. In any case, with the code received you can enter the facility at any time.
